01Website and software
These terms describe use of the SpaceYard website operated by SpaceYard maintainers, its downloads and issue-reporting service. The software license supplied with each release governs that release; these website terms do not replace it.
SpaceYard is currently free to download. Free pricing, beta/stable status and source-code availability are separate choices. A future policy change does not retroactively revoke rights already granted under a release license.
02Beta builds and local data
Beta and release-candidate builds are for evaluation and may contain unfinished changes or defects. Keep independent backups of projects, databases and settings. Test on non-critical data before relying on a new release.
A stable label means a maintainer has selected that release for general use; it is not a promise of defect-free operation. Signing information and checksums describe different checks. An unsigned installer can be warned about or blocked by your operating system; do not disable security protections to install it.
03Use the service responsibly
Use the website and APIs lawfully and only with authorization. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, use another person’s API credential, automate abusive traffic, or upload malicious or unrelated files.
For support, send only information you have permission to share. Remove credentials, customer data and unnecessary personal information from descriptions and images. Maintainers may restrict abusive submissions or remove inappropriate content.
04Your submissions
You keep your rights in information you submit. You allow the operator and authorized maintainers to store and use the submitted material to investigate, support and improve SpaceYard, subject to the privacy notice. Private submissions are not licensed for unrelated public publication by these terms.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. A submission does not guarantee a reply, a fix, a release date or a particular feature.
05Availability and changes
Downloads, update feeds and support can be paused or withdrawn for maintenance, safety or operational reasons. Distribution controls do not give the website remote control over existing installations.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website and preview builds are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any software warranty or liability terms are in the license for that release.
06Third-party software and disputes
Laravel and other referenced products are independent projects with their own trademarks and licenses. A reference does not imply endorsement. Review third-party terms before connecting an external service.
Contact the operator about a problem or concern before sharing private details publicly. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available under applicable law.
