01Current source availability
This website currently distributes SpaceYard free of charge without publishing its source through the website. That is a source-visibility statement, not a new license or a retroactive restriction.
The actual license delivered with a version, and any rights already granted, remain authoritative. If the installer or source carries an existing permissive license, changing this website to closed source does not take those rights away.
02Check the release you use
Read the license and notices supplied with your exact application version. A repository’s current license and a later release may differ from an older release. Do not infer permission to redistribute, modify or sublicense solely from a “Free” badge.
Switching the dashboard to open source does not publish source code or choose a license automatically. The operator must make the intended source and license public and verify that they match the release.
03Third-party components
Dependencies, bundled runtimes and downloaded tools retain their own licenses, copyright notices and attribution requirements. SpaceYard’s source-availability setting does not replace those obligations.
Contact the operator if a release is missing a license or required third-party notice. Do not treat an absent license file as an automatic grant of unrestricted rights.
